Punishment of the crime

1. From January 11, 2012 to July 31, 2012, K served as the director in charge of the instant Section 2 construction and the director in charge of high speed railroads in the Seoul metropolitan area of the Korea Railroad Facility Corporation, which is the place where the instant Section 3-2 construction works were ordered, and performed duties, such as construction management, supervision, supervision, etc. of each of the above construction sites. From August 1, 2012 to January 26, 2016, K served as the senior vice-director in the Seoul metropolitan area of the Korea Railroad Facility Corporation while performing duties as the construction management and each of the above construction works.
