Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on November 2006, and on October 26, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on October 26, 201.

On December 28, 2012, at around 22:32, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven BM5 car at approximately 300 meters from the source site in Young-gu, Suwon-si to the front road in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with a level of alcohol content of 0.056%.
