Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 13 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 3 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Suwon District Court.

On October 23, 2019, around 23:10 on September 23:10, 2019, the Defendant driven a Bnish-do car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 10km from the section of about 10km to the shooting distance of the Plaintiff in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
