Punishment of the crime

[2014 fixed-term 2355] On November 16, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving of Drinking). On August 6, 2013, the Defendant was charged with summary charges for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving of Drinking) with the Suwon District Court.

At around 23:50 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant driven a B Dra truck while under the influence of alcohol content 0.209% of the blood alcohol content at approximately 50 cm in front of 122-9, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

[2014 High Court Decision 2356] The Defendant is a person who drives B Drails Cargo Vehicles.

On July 27, 2013, around 02:58, under the influence of alcohol with 0.193% of blood alcohol concentration 0.193%, a person driving the vehicle at approximately 8.5 km from the street in front of the main source located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si to the front of the horizontal distance located in Pyeongtaek-dong located in the same city.
