A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:40 on August 17, 2014, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle for gallon with a blood alcohol content of about 0.205% at a section of about 2km to the front Dog-gun located in the West-gun, Gun, and Eup located in the same Eup/Myeon located in the West-si, Gun, and Dong-gun.
