A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a non-registered VL125 Oba.

1. On June 7, 2017, the Defendant embezzled the property that left the possession of the victim by acquiring the number plate from the victim D (E “E”) owned by the injured party and having it as a house without taking necessary measures, at the vacant lot where the C store located in the Gyeong-gun B of North Korea, was relocated to the Gyeong-gun of North Korea, and embezzled the property that left the possession of the victim.

2. On June 14, 2017, the Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act, unlawful use of air defense, or unlawful use air defense events committed the following acts: (a) around the Defendant’s residence located in the F of the Gyeong-gun, North Gyeong-gun, North Korea; (b) around June 9, 2017, the Defendant’s unauthorized use of the registered number plate, which was obtained as in paragraph (1) by attaching the registration number plate to VL125, which was obtained as in paragraph (1) by the Defendant’s unauthorized use of the registered number plate; (c) at the same time, the Defendant illegally uses the registered number plate of the motor vehicle; and (d) at the same time, exercised the air signs illegally used by the operation of the above OE from that time.

3. On October 26, 2017, the Defendant was in violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Guarantee of Compensation for Automobile Damages. On October 15:40, 2017, the Defendant operated the above VL125 Bab, owned by the Defendant, who was not covered by the mandatory motor vehicle insurance, under the influence of about 0.119% of alcohol level in the section of approximately 1km to the top of a military flowers movable property located in the west-gu, Gyeongbuk-gun, the Gyeong-gun, the Gyeong-gun, the Gyeong-gun, the Gyeong-gun, the Gyeong-gun, the Gyeong-gun, the Gyeong-gun, the Gyeong-gun,
