1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 18, 2010, the Plaintiff was diagnosed by the Defendant that it was sent to the C Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) and was diagnosed by the Defendant as the symptoms of the escape of a protruding signboard outside the extreme 5th century 1.

G. On April 12, 2010, the Plaintiff was diagnosed by the medical personnel of the Seoul Asan Hospital, such as cerebral mathy, cerebral tymosis, crymosis, crymosis, and cryp farming, and was subject to the cryp removal of cryp farming.

H. Meanwhile, as a result of the inspection conducted at the Seoul Asan Hospital, the Plaintiff was confirmed to have been infected by the same Spain germs.
