1. As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, acquired KRW 4,206,00 from the victim to the F bank account in the name of the Defendant on February 10, 2018, by remitting KRW 4,206,00 as the purchase price for electronic equipment from the victim to the F Bank account in the name of the Defendant.” The Defendant, around February 23, 2018, “(2018 Highest 2925)” was transferred from the D gun board located in the Jung-gu JJ in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Seoul.
