A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 19, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Security Act: (a) around 15:20 on April 19, 2016, the Defendant driven a car owned CM car owned by B, which was not covered by mandatory insurance without a driver’s license, from the front day of the 'Ywon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the front day of the 'Ywon-gu 140-ro, Suwon-si, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, forged the signature of the company, and carried out the above EM car at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, while driving the said EM car, the Defendant indicated that he was “F” without authority for the purpose of exercising the signature on the column of signature, and signed the F’s name and resident registration number, and subsequently, presented it to the above CF police officer who is aware of the fact that the above EM car was genuine, and exercised it.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully, forged another person's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act (the same birth)
