A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 29, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.089% from the 1km section of blood while driving a bschton car without a vehicle’s driver’s license, from the original railway station located in the Gu-Si, Seo-gu, Seonam-si, Sungnam-si to the front corner of the “Death Packer,” located in the Gu-Si, Seo-si, Seonam-si, Seonam-si.

2. The Defendant: (a) forged a private signature; (b) signed an investigation; and (c) violated the Act on the Registration of Residents at the above date and place; and (b) prepared a written circumstantial statement of the driver’s situation at the police station of the Seocho-gu Police Station of the Seocho-gu, which is an official of the Driving Police; and (c) demanded the Defendant to sign and affix a seal on the driver’s sexual name column; (d) stated the driver’s sexual name column in the above report and issued it to C; and (e) issued the same to C

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant forged the signature of the name D and submitted it to the control police officer who is aware of the fact, and used the D resident registration number unlawfully.
