Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2019, the Defendant prepared a false complaint with respect to B at the public service center of the Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.

Around 10:30 on February 27, 2019, the complainant reported to the police that he/she abused himself/herself even though he/she did not have assaulted, such as that he/she carried his/her son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son.

Nevertheless, around October 30, 2019, the Defendant submitted the above written complaint to the civil petition staff at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office to report false facts to the public office.
