1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. The fact that there exists no dispute or dispute);

A. On May 23, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the insured and the beneficiary of the insurance contract, namely, post office safety labelling insurance, from May 23, 2008 to May 23, 2028 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The relevant coverage of the instant case is as follows.

50 million won x 50 million won x 1.20,000 won (one day per operation) when he/she undergoes an operation prescribed in the operation classification table for the direct purpose of medical treatment due to a traffic accident resulting from a traffic accident that occurs in the ordinary daily traffic accident, which occurs in the ordinary traffic accident rehabilitation treatment fund, when he/she is hospitalized for the direct purpose of medical treatment (one time per operation) when he/she undergoes an operation prescribed in the operation classification table for the relevant disability payment rate, due to a traffic accident that occurs in the ordinary traffic accident, (one time per accident), when he/she is hospitalized for the direct purpose of medical treatment (one day per hospitalization), due to a traffic accident in the class of KRW 30,000,000,000 for 30,000 won

B. Article 13 of the terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract provides that traffic disasters stipulated in attached Table 2 (Traffic Disaster Classification Table, and Traffic Disaster Classification Table of this case) shall be traffic disasters, and the relevant parts in attached Table 2 are as follows.

1.The traffic accident in this Agreement refers to the following accidents:

An accident in which a person insured (the insured) who is not on board a transport agency (including those loaded therein) in operation due to a collision, contact, fire, explosion, escape, etc. of the transport agency (including those loaded therein), is not insured.

2.The term "transporting vehicles" as referred to in subparagraph (a) means the following:

Engines, electric trains, electric trains, street trains, capts, cables (including air cables), elevators, escalators, etc.
