1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 19, 2002, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the post office in Daegu, Daegu, Inc., and entered into a disaster relief insurance contract with the following contents (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
Insurance policyholder: B (Name B before the opening of the Plaintiff’s life): 50,000 won per year (one day of arrival, hospitalization, and death): B insurance period from July 19, 2002 to July 19, 202 (20 years of insurance period): 30,000 won of maturity payment (time of death) insurance premium, ordinary daily death insurance premium (time of death due to a holiday accident), 50,000 won, disability pension (one-class disability (one-class disability), 20,000 won per accident-based hospitalization (one-day hospitalization), 30,000 won per 10,000 won per 30,000 won per 20,000 won per accident, 300,000 won per 20,000 won per 30,000 won per 20,000 won per accident, 301,000 won per 30,000 won per 30,000 won per disaster.
(b) Major contents of an insurance contract) Article 12 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) (1) A communications agency shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary when any of the following events occurs to the insured during the insurance period (referring to the attached Table 1 of the Standard Table for Payment of Insurance Money):
4. Disability pension: When he/she has become a disability of Grades I through II in the attached Table 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Disability Classification Table") due to a disaster.
6. Installments of hospitalization from a disaster: Where he is hospitalized for the purpose of direct treatment due to a disaster.
7. Payment of benefits from a disaster: Where he undergoes an operation prescribed in the operation classification table for direct purposes due to a disaster;
8. Funds for recovery from disasters: When a person becomes to suffer from a disaster (one time of an accident) and Article 29.
