1. The judgment of the first instance court, including the Plaintiff’s claim extended by this court, is modified as follows.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant each of the following sub-insurance contracts: (a) and Life-long KK Insurance (hereinafter “instant 2 insurance”); and (b) together with the instant 1 insurance contracts, the Plaintiff entered into each of the instant 1 insurance contracts.

(3) Insurance money of KRW 10,000 insurance money of KRW 40,000 won - General insurance money of KRW 200,000 per day of death (excluding class 20,000 won per day of death) due to a disaster of KRW 20,000 per day of death or of KRW 20,000 per day of death (excluding class 20,000 won per day of death) of the insured B beneficiary B on August 8, 2006 through August 8, 2037 - General insurance money of KRW 30,00 per day of death or of KRW 20,000 per day of death due to a disaster of KRW 1:30,00 per day of death or of KRW 20,00 per day of death (excluding class 20,000 per day of death or of KRW 20,000 per day of death).
