1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 28,949,127 with respect to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from October 30, 2014 to January 19, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a special juristic person established by the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act”) and entrusted by the Minister of Employment and Labor with the industrial accident compensation insurance business, and is in the relationship between the insurer and the insured under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act. Defendant Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. is an insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to A (hereinafter referred to as “one vehicle”). Defendant Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. is an insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to the vehicle B (hereinafter referred to as “two vehicles”).

나. 2014. 1. 12. 06:55경 ① 1차량의 운전자인 C은 경부고속도로를 서울에서 부산방향으로 1차로를 주행 중이었고, 2차량의 운전자인 D는 2차로를 주행 중이었는바, 경북 칠곡군 왜관읍 매원1길 경부고속도로 부산기점 154.2km 지점에 이르러 C이 1차량을 2차로로 차선변경을 하자 D는 2차량으로 1차량의 우측후면부를 충돌하였고, ② 한편 위 사고 당시 3차로를 진행하던 E 운전의 F 차량(이하 3차량이라고만 한다.)이 2,3차로에 걸쳐 정지해 있던 2차량 우측 적재함을 3차량 좌측측면부로 들이받아 2차량 탑승자 G이 차량 밖으로 튕겨나갔고, 3차량은 중앙분리대를 충돌하면서 정지하였다.

③ 이어서 1차로를 진행하던 H 운전의 I차량(이하 4차량이라고만 한다.)이 1차로에 멈춰 서 있는 2차량을 발견하고 핸들을 우측으로 조작하였으나 미치지 못하여 2차량 우측 뒷부분을 4차량 좌측면부로 들이받아 2차량 탑승자 J 및 4차량 탑승자 K, L이 차량 밖으로 튕겨나갔다.
