1. Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 125,100,000 and its amount from February 25, 2016 to March 30, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. The party’s status is an insurer who has entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with DM7 vehicles (hereinafter “Plaintiff vehicle”). Defendant B Co., Ltd. 다. 후속 사고의 발생 1차 사고 이후 망 G은 피고 승합차에서 이탈되어 3, 4차로에 떨어져 있었고 ＃2차량이 망 G을 역과한 후, 5차로에 정차(이하 ‘2차 사고’라 한다)하였다.
