Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

A. On May 2016, the Defendant, within the subway station of the subway station of the subway station of the subway station of 924 located in Suwon-si, 2016, obtained one copy of the victim’s welfare card lost by the victim C, without taking necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, and embezzled the escape from possession as the Defendant would have.

B. Around June 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) within the electric train parked in the 405 Airport Seoul Station located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) obtained one copy of the victim’s Nonghyup Card, which was lost, but did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; (c) and (d) embezzled the leased object of possession as the Defendant had.

On November 2016, the Defendant: (a) acquired the Air Transportation Card No. 112 of the Victim E, located in the territory of the Republic of Korea near the Kimpo Airport located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, 112, and did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; (b) and (c) embezzled it on the Defendant’s thought that he/she had, and then, embezzled it.

On April 19, 2017, the Defendant, at around 23:40, up to 188, Seocheon-ro, Seocheon-ro, 188, (i) obtained punishment for male booms equivalent to 29,900 won at the market price of the above Mart G store owned by the victim F, but did not take necessary procedures, such as returning to the victim, and (ii) embezzled the deserted article on the Defendant’s thought that the Defendant had, and then, embezzled it.

2. The Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around 16:00 on the same day; (b) around 16:00, within the subway Kim Young-ro of Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, in the subway Kim Jong-dong Airport Station; and (b) around 1-B, the Defendant attempted to put in the cash withdrawal machine and withdraw KRW 50,000 in cash, which is managed by a person who suffers damage from an act of resistance 1-B; and (b) however, the Defendant attempted to steal the personal identification number.
