Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On November 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on March 26, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jinju prison.

1. On May 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 40:23 Tae-gu, Daegu Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, 2017, near the 23-ro 40-gil Park; (b) left the Da SM518 Motor Vehicle, which was parked at that place for the purpose of thefting goods, and did not commit an attempted act because it was equipped with a locking device.
2. On May 25, 2017, at around 02:27, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of the FF car owned by the victim E, parked from the place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1; and (b) was discovered by the police officer who was dispatched to the scene, and did not commit an attempted crime, with the intent to steal goods at the place specified in said paragraph 1.

1. B. On February 20, 2018, around 16:00, the Defendant found one national card (M) lost by the victim L in the Dog Daegu-gu National Bank ATM equipment, but did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, and embezzled the Defendant’s thought he/she had.

On March 3, 2018, the Defendant acquired a part of Samsung Card (O) that was lost by the Defendant’s N in the front of the 3072 Gosan subway Station as of the 16:00 Daegu Suwon-gu.
