1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. Around May 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 13:05 on May 18, 2020, committed larceny, and (b) around the residence of the victim G located in Western-si F in Seobuk-gu, Seoan-si; (c) opened and opened a driver’s seat, which was parked therein, did not correct the Plaintiff’s seat; and (d) did not commit attempted theft since there was no object to steals.
C. On May 18, 2020, the Defendant committed larceny around May 18, 2020, at around 13:06, around 13:06, at the victim G located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, and came to have a approximately KRW 50,000,00, which is the cash possession of the victim within the wall of the victim.
