Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2007, the defendant was notified of a summary order of a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Changwon District Court's branch court's custody on May 11, 2007, and on April 17, 2008, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years for imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and the same criminal records have three times the same criminal records.
