Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On May 27, 2016, from around 10:30 to around 11:20 on the same day, the Defendant stolen a vehicle that was parked on the street in order to steal another person’s money and valuables by opening a door of a coos car parked in D, which the victim C parked and intrudes into the vehicle in which the coos car was parked, and then 2,50,000 won in cash within the coos, 2, 2, 200,000 won in cash (new, modern), 1,50,000 won in total, including a merchandise coupon in amount of 1,50,000 won in market price, and a merchandise coupon in amount of 2,000,000 won in the coos.

B. On May 30, 2016, at around 04:56, the Defendant: (a) displayed a vehicle parked on the street in front of “F Authorized Broker” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, with a view to thefting another’s money and valuables; (b) cut off a vehicle parked on the street with a view to unreciling a vehicle that was parked by the victim G while opening and intrusioning the door of the H-learning car parked by the victim G, and then cut off one of the Samsung E-North Korea, the market price of which is KRW 7,000 and KRW 1,000,000.

From June 4, 2016 to around 08:00 on the following day, the Defendant: (a) opened a door for a vehicle parked on the street in order to steal another’s money and valuables, and intruded into a vehicle parked on the street by the victim J, while the vehicle parked on the street in order to steal another’s money and valuables, and then stolen the vehicle by holding a door for the vehicle parked on the back of the vehicle, one document of KRW 150,000 at the market price in the back of the vehicle, three passbooks of head of Tong(Seoul, New Bank, Saemaul Bank, and Saemaul Treasury).

(d)

On June 7, 2016, from around 15:20 to around 15:40, the Defendant colored a vehicle parked on the street in order to steal another person’s money or goods, which is not corrected by the tea, among the vehicles parked on the street, while opening a steering door of the N K 7 car parked by the victim M, and intrudes into the vehicle with a view to 1,50,000 won at the market price.
