A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 372"

1. On January 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with intent to steal money and valuables against vehicles, the driver’s seat door of which was not corrected; (b) and (c) was parked on the road in front of Daegu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, by means of cutting the door door of the driver’s seat of the 100 U.S. Gyeong-gu E1 ton of freight owned by the victim D, which was parked in front of Daegu, in his/her hand; and (d) was stolen by having one electric test of an amount equivalent to KRW 20,00,00,000, which was set back near the said vehicle, set aside by the victim at the bottom of the said vehicle.

2. Following the commission of the crime under the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime of larceny; (b) committed the attempted theft, and (c) did not commit the attempted theft, even though the Defendant was in the possession of 1 ton of the victim H, who was parked on the front of G, Seogu, Daegu, Seogu, by hand, in order to steal money and valuables from the 1 ton cargo vehicle owned by the victim H.

"2018 Highest 2033"

1. From around 01:30 on June 10, 2018 to around 03:40 on the same day, the Defendant returned to the body near the Seo-gu Seogu Seo-gu Seo-gu J in order to drink alcohol in K and to cut off things in the parked vehicle, and during the physical coloring of the object of the crime, the Defendant discovered a wave-flobbbing fluor, which was parked by the victim’s name in the name of the victim, and opened an unreshed driver’s seat car.

Defendant cited the same tradition as it is between the driver’s seat and the chief of the above vehicle, and stolen KRW 37,840 as it was owned by the victim.

2. Around 03:40 on the same day as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant discovered and opened an unsurfed driver’s car in front of the Seo-gu Lingu Lingu, 03:40, an unsurged driver’s car and followed the inside of the vehicle, but failed to find stolen objects, thereby resulting in attempted crimes.
