A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 4824] On January 8, 2017, the Defendant reported falsely that he/she carried on the phone to the Incheon Regional Police Agency 112 comprehensive situation room at the Incheon Regional Police Agency, which was located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, that he/she did not carry on the business of singing singing in the “Dsing room” in the “Dsing room” at the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and made two police officers belonging to the Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to dispatch to the site, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table, and from January 8, 2017 to the same year as indicated in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.

2. From 16. up to 19. A false report was made in a total of 19 times in the above manner, which led police officers to dispatch to the site.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate performance of official duties on the prevention, suppression, investigation, etc. of police officers by fraudulent means.

[2017 Highest 5577] On January 26, 2017, the Defendant, at around 15 (1500 east-dong) in the vicinity of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office, Incheon, at around 22:55, the Defendant stated that, although he did not act as an intermediary for customers or offer alcoholic beverages to customers at the Gsing room located in the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the Defendant sent a telephone to the 112 situation room using public telephone, the Defendant sent the phone to the 112 situation room, and the Defendant called “I and J sent to the Haak-gu, Incheon Bupyeong Police Station to the Haak-gu site.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression, investigation, etc. of crimes by fraudulent means.
