Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a CMaz vehicle and stopped between the two lanes in Busan Gangseo-gu and the two lanes in Busan Gangseo-gu; (b) entered a fare office by driving the Blux vehicle from the clear local area to the long-side area; and (c) did not yield a warning to the Esch Rexroth vehicle of D drivers who attempt to move on the next lane; (d) the Defendant, after passing through the fare office, immediately passed through the said Eti vehicle; and (c) the Defendant, after passing through the above fare office, immediately passed the said Eti vehicle; and (d) stopped between the two lanes and the two lanes in order to prevent any damage to the said D, thereby blocking the two lanes from passing through the two lanes.

2. The Defendant committed assault, around 17:10 on June 26, 2016, at around 1km after passing through the Blux Road Charge, following the victim D (year 42) who is the driver of the Bosch Rexroth, and at around 1km in sight, the Defendant committed assault, such as cutting down the victim’s breath, and pusheding the breath.
