Basic Facts
A. The pertinent Plaintiff is an insurer who entered into an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with A A UAD A (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) with a limited liability company, and the Defendant is an insurer who entered into an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with B with respect to CMF5 automobiles (hereinafter “Defendant”).
B.
