1. The following portion of the judgment of the court of first instance against Defendant Incheon Daesung Co., Ltd.

The plaintiff is a person who runs a mutual aid business established pursuant to the Passenger Transport Service Act, and has entered into a mutual aid agreement with respect to A high speed bus A (hereinafter referred to as “instant bus”) between the Mapo-gu and the corporation.

Defendant Samsung M&T Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung M&T”) is a person entrusted with the management and operation of the above connecting roads by the Korea Highway Corporation vicariously exercising the authority to manage and operate the roads with the Incheon D&T connections. Defendant Han L&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Han L&T”) is an insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to the M&T automobiles (hereinafter “instant E&M vehicles”). Defendant Samsung F&M Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung F&T”) is an insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to the vehicle for the C&T freight vehicle (hereinafter “instant train”).

Around 12:59 on July 3, 2010, the instant Maz Vehicle of the instant traffic accident is running at a speed of about 50 to 60km in the direction of Incheon Airport in the direction of the Incheon Airport, while the instant Maz Vehicle of the Incheon Airport stopped at a speed of about 50 to 60km in the direction of the Incheon Airport, while the engine stopped at a point of 2.2 km on the Incheon Airport direction as it is impossible to identify the cause at a point of 2.2km on the Incheon Airport direction.

Around 13:15 on the same day, the instant bus driven at a speed of about 70 to 80 km per hour in the direction of the said Maz vehicle along the two-lane roads near the above YoungIC, and the instant bus driven around the time following the instant bus was proceeding at a speed of about 101.4 km per hour following the instant bus.

The tower of this case is found to be late back to the left-hand side of the vehicle which stops, while avoiding the vehicle to the left-hand side.
