Defendant
A on November 19, 2010, at the Seoul Western District Court, has been sentenced to a suspended term of four years and six months for a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Influences, Rape, etc.) and for night residence intrusion larceny. On March 30, 201, at the same court, it has been sentenced to a suspended term of six months for a night residence intrusion larceny.
1. Defendant A
A. On January 20, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.
