Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A (Defendant A and B) is a person who operates a sexual traffic business in the trade name of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building 306 and 603, and G, H, and Defendant B are employees of the said business.
1. Although Defendant A was prohibited from engaging in an act, such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic by making telephone calls at the aforementioned business establishment from May 19, 2015 to June 9, 2015, and by having female employees G, H, B, etc. drink the body of a male with his/her hand and with his/her hand and harming the male’s sexual organ with his/her hand, and arranging sexual traffic.
2. On June 9, 2015, Defendant B: (a) received KRW 50,00 from A at the foregoing establishment; (b) followed the I’s body by hand and knick; and (c) engaged in sexual traffic by committing a similar act to see the I’s sexual organ by hand.

The Defendant operated commercial sex acts in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L Building No. 702, and arranged commercial sex acts, such as having male customers who were found to have made telephone reservations from August 5, 2015 to August 10, 2015, receive compensation from female employees M in return for the act of similarity in such a way as impairing the sexual organ of male customers.
