Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2016, at around 00:12, the Defendant driven a car with B Sspoon on around 00:00,000 alcohol concentration of 0.054% in blood during the blood, and driven approximately 3.5 km in front of the parking lot exclusively for commercial buildings located in the city of Bspoon at Pspoon-si and at Pspoon-si in the direction of alcohol concentration of 0.05 km.
