Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving of a passenger car in the B Spo Zone.

On June 10, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.063% at around 19:50, while driving the said vehicle at a level of 0.063%, and driving the two-way road from the northwestwest-gu, west-gu to the two-way high level intersection at the right-hand park at the right-hand side of the two-way park, while driving the two-way road at the right-hand intersection, the Defendant was negligent in the left-hand intersection from the right-hand intersection at the right-hand intersection, and the front part of the Dststren C Driving Motor Vehicle under the traffic signal stop at the right-hand road at the right-hand edge. The Defendant got the front part of the said motor vehicle at the right-hand drive of the E (46 years old).

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the victim G (the 44 years old) who was a partner of the victim E and the radar car due to the foregoing occupational negligence, for approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving a B Sp-type car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.063% in a section of about 5km from the Do in front of the comprehensive sports ground in the 208, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, to the roads in front of the two-day shooting distance in the same 361.
