1. The Defendant stated the Plaintiffs’ “illegal allowances” in attached Form 5 as stated respectively, and each of them on January 2014.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiffs are street cleaners employed and engaged in the defendant, who belong to the Korean Federation of Labor Unions of Daegu Metropolitan City Trade Union under the Korean Federation of Labor Unions (hereinafter referred to as the "instant trade union").

B. The Defendant entered into each collective agreement in 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011 (hereinafter “instant collective agreement”) with the instant trade union in consultation with the instant trade union (hereinafter “instant collective agreement”). At each time, each of the collective agreements was formulated in 2007, from January 2008 to September 2009, 2009; 2009; 2010, 2010, and 2011, respectively. (hereinafter “instant standard for compilation of budget”).

C. From January 2009 to December 201, the Defendant paid holiday work allowances, annual leave work allowances, overtime work allowances, and night work allowances calculated as stipulated in the instant collective agreement and budget compilation standards to street cleaners, including the Plaintiffs.
