1. The defendant's amount corresponding to each of the "personal fees" column in the attached Table 1 list and the plaintiff as to this.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are street cleaners who entered into an employment contract with the Defendant and were employed or retired as of the date of closing their arguments.
B. As stipulated in the wage agreement and collective agreement (Evidence No. 3 and 4) concluded between the Defendant’s members with the GMH trade union to which the Defendant’s members belong, the Defendant paid each amount of money in the column of actual night work allowance (hereinafter “instant payment legal allowance”) for holiday work allowance, annual leave allowance, overtime work allowance, and night work allowance, respectively, to the Plaintiffs each month from January 1, 2009 to April 30, 2012, including seven basic pay, special work allowance, work encouragement allowance, household subsidy, fixed meal allowance, transportation subsidy, consultation allowance (hereinafter “basic pay, etc. of this case”).
C. Meanwhile, from January 1, 2009 to April 30, 2012, based on the aforementioned wage agreement and collective agreement, the Defendant paid the Plaintiffs weather allowances, good attendance allowances, physical training expenses, and holiday leave expenses calculated in accordance with the calculation details as follows on a monthly or specified month based on the monthly basis. The amount of each of the allowances paid as above is as follows: (a) the amount of monthly conversion into the amount of each of the allowances paid as above is as follows: (b) the Plaintiff’s “day-end allowance”, “day-end allowance”, “physical training allowance”, and “day-end holiday allowance” as stated in the attached Table 2.
In addition, the Defendant paid the Plaintiffs a full-time allowance of KRW 65,00 per month from 209 to 2010 on condition that “the number of days of monthly attendance” referred to as “day-day attendance” during the above period, and KRW 58,50 per month from 2011 to April 30, 2012.
1) Week-end allowances: Standard amount of bonuses, basic pay-based special service allowance, work encouragement allowance, family meal allowance x 50% x 4 times per annum (each payment made in March 6, 9, and December 2).
