1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On May 14, 1951, the Plaintiff entered the Gun (military No. B) and replaced on March 15, 1954.

B. On September 1, 1961, the Plaintiff was registered as a person of distinguished service to the State on September 1, 1961, and received physical examinations for reclassification 1, 1961, 1962, and 4 thereafter, and was determined as Grade 3 and 503 (the Plaintiff’s disability rating changes from 1961 to 1987 are subject to changes in the disability rating classification system, and the disability rating system was revised over eight times from 1961 to 198). On March 7, 2012, the Plaintiff was determined as a comprehensive determination of Grade 5 and 26, 2, 3, 4, 5 cut of left parts in the physical examination for reclassification 5 and 6-2, 75, 6-65, and 75, respectively.

[Along with this, the degree of physical disability of 2, 3, 4, and 5 cutting in the plaintiff's wounded to be judged as having been changed, the classification number was changed, and the classification number was determined as 6th 2, 49 each (the 6th 5th 26th 6th 6th 5th 5th 5th 5th 6th 6th 5th 6th 5th 6th 5th 6th 5th 6th 5th 6th 5th 6th 6th 6th 6th 5th 6th 6th 6th 6th 6th 6th 6th 65 and 6th 75th 6th 75 of the Enforcement Rule of the Act on Persons of Distinguished Service to the State) of the 6th 5th 5th 5th 5th 5th 6th 6th 6th 6th 66th 75 of the enforcement Rule of the Act).

Since then, on March 8, 2012, the Plaintiff filed an additional application for caturology, high blood pressure, cerebral intercourse, and dementia, but it was not recognized as a result of the review of the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement. In other words, on June 28, 2013, the Plaintiff filed an application for an additional application for the “baturology, both sides, left-hand dogs, and the left-hand bat part” as a result of the review by the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement.
