Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. 2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. According to the Plaintiff’s medical certificate, etc. submitted by the Plaintiff, it should be deemed that the slick fever, which is the slicker of the unit, falls under Grade 5, Grade 8111 or Grade 5, Grade 8112, and Grade 6, Grade 6, Paragraph 2, 5108 of the disability rating.
Therefore, the instant disposition on a different premise should be revoked in an unlawful manner.
