1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B’s KRW 16,813,535 as well as 5% per annum from April 25, 2017 to May 25, 2017.

A. (E) New construction works for neighborhood living facilities (retail stores) on land outside E and one parcel (total floor area of 481.6m2, hereinafter referred to as “new construction works in this case”)

() After entering into a design and supervision contract with regard to the construction work of this case, the service such as preparing and submitting design drawings on August 2012 is completed, and around November 8, 2012, the construction permission was obtained from the petitioner head of the Gun, and the Plaintiff was not paid each construction design cost to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “new construction contract of this case”). Accordingly, in order to ensure the contractual relationship between Defendant B and Defendant B around November 21, 2014, the contract amount is KRW 10,500,00 (including additional tax), construction supervision cost, KRW 7,960,00 (including additional tax), and the contract period is from November 201, 2014 to the completion of construction work (12 months after commencement).

A) A contract is concluded with respect to the instant 2-built construction project, the contract amount of which is KRW 5,070,00 (including value added tax), construction supervision cost of KRW 4,370,00 (including value added tax), and the contract period of which is determined from November 2014 to completion of the construction project (12 months after commencement) (hereinafter “new construction contract of this case”).

B A. A. B: (a) around November 28, 2014, submitted a construction report on the commencement of the construction works of this case to the Public Interest Service in the Public Interest Service in the Public Interest Service in the Public Interest Service in the Public Interest Service in the Public Interest Service in the Public Interest Service in the Public Interest Service in the Public Interest Service (hereinafter “Public Interest Service”); (b) but (c) performed only the suspension work even after the submission thereof.
