Basic Facts

Around October 21, 2015, the deceased B (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) concluded a design contract with the Plaintiff on October 21, 2015 with respect to the new construction work of the Seo-gu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju, with the period of 33223 square meters (recogn, divided as follows d., 12520 square meters; hereinafter referred to as “the instant building”).

On January 25, 2016, the Plaintiff, the Deceased, J, and K agreed to re-prepare the building design contract by unit of the building on the premise that the said M land is divided into O land. Accordingly, the Plaintiff and the Deceased, as a result, drafted a contract amount of KRW 29,953,00 (including KRW 99,00 per construction design cost, KRW 5,500 per construction design cost, KRW 5,000 per civil engineering design cost) with respect to the new construction of a P building on the ground of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as the “instant design contract”), and the service period from May 24, 2016 to September 30, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant design contract”), and the main contents are as follows:

1. Building name: Construction of a new P building;

2. Location of a building site: Omitted;

3. Design content: 1) Site area: For the purpose of 2,513 square meters: Multi-family housing and neighborhood living facilities 3): Number of floors of reinforced concrete 4): The building area of 1st basement and 4nd floor underground: Total floor area of about 183 square meters ( around 55 square meters). approximately 914 square meters ( around 247 square meters).

4. Contract area: approximately 914 square meters ( approximately 247 square meters).

5. Contract amount: 29,953,000 won (including value added tax) (including 99,000 won/p., civil engineering design cost of KRW 5,500,000/1) for construction design cost: B and designer B: Plaintiff 4 (Calculation and Payment Method of Price) (3) for the payment in installments, in principle, the time of payment and the amount of payment shall be determined as follows; however, it may be adjusted through consultation with Party A:
