Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On January 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and a fine of one million won in the year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Suwon District Court Sejong District Court on October 2014, and such judgment becomes final and conclusive on February 4, 2014.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a holder of B observer car.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance for the motor vehicle.

1. On April 17, 2012, the Defendant operated the said options car that did not purchase mandatory insurance on the roads near the Korea Rehabilitation and Welfare University, as of the date of Pyeongtaek-si’s Do.

2. On November 25, 2012, the Defendant operated the said options car that did not purchase mandatory insurance on the road near Pyeongtaek-si Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong.
