Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2016, the Defendant operated a DNA observer car that did not purchase mandatory insurance on the front road of the Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at the time of Cheongju on June 22, 2016.
