A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around January 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) smoked marijuana in a tobacco package removed from the front parking lot in front of the funeral hall at the Ganyang University Hospital, which is located in the 158-ro, by means of inserting the smoking part for marijuana once; and (b) smoked by attaching the fire to the smoking part.

2. Around December 2013, the Defendant ordered the seeds of marijuana to smoke or take in, and attempted to possess the seeds of marijuana by means of receiving international registered items (B) by concealing three marijuana seeds from the United Kingdom after his/her name was omitted after having ordered the seeds of marijuana to smoke or take in. However, around January 20:48, the Defendant failed to prove that the international registered items, the seeds of which are concealed by the employees of the Incheon Airport Customs Office, were concealed, were discovered to the effect that the said three marijuana seeds were concealed.
