A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

3. Smoking marijuana;

A. On February 2019, the Defendant committed a crime in the middle of February 2019, and around 21:00, during the middle of February 21, 2019, smoked marijuana in a way that the Defendant gets 0.41g of the hemp plant 0.41g from the end of the said C Apartment E-dong, by putting the fright at the end of the stop.

B. Around April 15, 2019, around 21:00 on April 15, 2019, the Defendant smoked in the above manner, approximately 0.41g of marijuana 0.41g on the instant C apartment E-dong rooftop.

C. Around April 22, 2019, around 21:00 on April 22, 2019, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.41g of marijuana 0.41g on the instant C apartment E-dong rooftop.
