A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 7, 2017, the Defendant affected a structure: (a) entered the H shopping mall in which the victim’s name and influenites of the Gu G was influence around 20:40 on October 7, 2017; and (b) entered the said female toilet for four times in total from October 7, 2017 to December 2, 2017, with a view to photographing the appearance of melting women into the said room; and (c) entered the said female toilet for four times in total as shown in the list of crimes (1).

Accordingly, the defendant intruded on a structure against the victim's will.

2.
