A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 9, 2017, at around 18:11, the Defendant: (a) opened the above toilet door with the intent to see the studio for women in the first floor of the E film hall located in Gumi-si, Gumi-si; and (b) opened the said toilet door with the intent to see the studio for women in distress; and (c) intruded the structure under his/her management against the intent of the toilet manager.

2. On April 9, 2017, around 18:26, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilet entrance with the intent to see the image of the above women’s toilets; and (b) opened, and opened into, the opening of, the toilets with the intent to see the image of the name-free women; and (c) invaded upon the structure under his/her control against the will of the toilet manager.

3. On April 9, 2017, at around 18:55, the Defendant was in the instant female toilet, and the Defendant opened a toilet and opened the partitions with the intent to see the form of melting women with no name, and opened the partitions, and maintained the name influent women who are going to undergo a changer and reported alle in the side partitions, thereby infringing upon the structure under his/her control against the will of the toilet manager.

4. On April 9, 2017, at around 19:05, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilets with the intent to see the appearance of F (F, 22 years of age, hereinafter referred to as “F”); and (b) opened the partitions to the partitions; and (c) maintained F, which is going to undergo a changer and reported melting in the side partitions; and (d) intruded into a structure under his/her management contrary to the intent of the toilet manager.
