Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is enrolled in the “D Reading Office” with the Government-si C and C, and is enrolled in the victim E (V, 15 years of age). The Defendant and the victim cannot be identified.

피고인은 2016. 6. 24. 22:35에서 22:46 경 사이에 위 D 독서실 남자 화장실 용 변 칸 안에서, 창문을 통하여 여자 화장실 용 변 칸이 연결되어 있다는 점을 이용하여 여성들이 용변을 보는 모습을 촬영하기로 마음먹고, 피해자가 여자 화장실로 출입하는 인기척이 느껴지자 휴대전화를 쥔 손을 남자 화장실 용 변 칸에 설치된 창 밖으로 손을 뻗어 여자 화장실 창문을 통하여 피해자가 용변을 보는 모습을 촬영하려고 하였으나, 피해자에게 발각되는 바람에 미수에 그쳤다.

The defendant, who was mixed in a male toilet at the time, left the toilet immediately after that time, 23:30 on the day, and 01:00 on the following day, 1:2 minutes on the day, and two minutes on each toilet window parking lot at around 23:30 on the day, and the defendant, who was not in possession of a cell phone at around the time of coming from the toilet, had a white cell phone at around 0:0, which was suspected of having been possessed by police officers at the parking lot outside the toilet.
