Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On June 17, 2013, at around 18:18:18, the Defendant injured the victim E, on the grounds that the victim E (the age of 34) takes a bath and recklessly takes the horses in front of the PC room in Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, for the reason that the victim E (the age of 34) was able to take a bath, the victim’s head was broken up and the victim’s head was faced up twice on the concrete floor. On the other hand, the Defendant sustained two times on the part of the victim by drinking in front of the above commercial building door-gu, and sustained one time the victim’s right breath, and the victim’s face was cut off by drinking in front of the above commercial building door-gu, and sustained three times when the victim’s face was able to receive approximately four weeks of medical treatment, then the victim suffered injury, such as the non-fluor’s dum frame dumbing.

B. On July 29, 2013, around 21:13, 2013, the Defendant injured the Victim G by deeming that the Victim G (n, female, 74 years old) was closely fluored by the Defendant’s mother on the road between 901 Dong-dong and 902 Dong-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and caused the Victim’s injury to the left fluor and the left fluor of the upper fluoral body that requires approximately seven weeks of treatment.

2. Defendant B

A. In the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) above, the Defendant forced the victim A (the 35 years of age) and E, who are not good between the two parties in front of the shopping mall, to make a compromise, but rather, the victim and E forced the victim to make a compromise with the victim, who was sealed by a defect in the fighting with the victim at least 3-4 times, and assaulted the victim at a time with the floor of left hand in front of the shopping mall in front of the above shopping mall.

B. The Defendant assaulted the victim E on the date and time set forth in the foregoing Paragraph 1, and on the hand floor, assaulted the victim E (the victim’s age of 34) against the victim’s face at 2-3 times before the same shopping district.
