At around 21:00 on April 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) distributed the photo of the b body female at the 5cm wide, 5cm wide, 9cm long, and 9cm long, using four pages at the entrance and underground parking lot of the burg in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant, along with the word, “Woo-gu, the contact liquor tax,” “C,” and “C,” to facilitate the Defendant’s act of soliciting or inducing the purchase of sex.
