Punishment of the crime

At around 21:00 on February 14, 2017, the Defendant expressed an advertisement that solicits or induces the purchase of sex by spreading the advertising leaflet in the name name “F” on the street, i.e., “3 NO, NO NO NO NO NE (referring to a female contact loan that does not wear all brode, panty, and so on)” on the street, at around 14, 2017.
