Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 high 1075] No person shall distribute advertising leafletss containing phrases leading to arranging or suggesting sexual traffic, which is a product harmful to juveniles, to the public at places where the general public pass.

Nevertheless, around February 15, 2016, around 20:50, the Defendant distributed to the public at a place where the general public pass through, approximately 200 pages of the name-based leaflets, stating the phrase “C”, which is a media harmful to juveniles, engaging in sexual traffic in front of Suwon-si B, Suwon-si.

[2017 High 1076] On June 23, 2016, from around 19:00 to around 19:45 of the same day, the Defendant advertised a sexual traffic business establishment in the street with the phrase “E” and the name tag printed by a female’s photograph, in which he/she is printed, to allow an unspecified number of unspecified people to view the number of white booms of a sexual traffic business establishment.

[2017, fixed 1077] The Defendant conspired with F and G to distribute the leaflets, and, on May 13, 2016, from around 23:30 to around 00:10 the following day, the Defendant and F are collecting the leaflet of the competitor company in the area of Suwon-si, Suwon-gu, Suwon-dong, Transferdong, and Homo Twitel, G, while getting off and moving the vehicle, was advertising for the sexual traffic business establishment in such a way that the pictures of the female, who was under his/her clothes, 5cm in width and 10cm in length, 50cm in length, were inserted at the street of the business establishment selling and selling the street.
