A is the representative director of B, and Defendant B, a corporation established for the purpose of tobacco trade and distribution business.

Defendant

A, in collusion with his name weak persons on December 2012, in order to export tobacco with a trademark of "ROCK" manufactured for the sale of the Republic of Korea in Indonesia, as it relays to and trades in transit from the third country Kenya (KEYA), it imported "ROCK" after being loaded with containers on which other goods, such as foodstuffs, are loaded into the Republic of Korea in the course of transporting the tobacco from the port of Japan to the port of Busan to the bonded warehouse located in Yangsan City to the port of Busan to return it to the third country, and then imported "ROCK" into the Republic of Korea.
