Punishment of the crime

C. On May 4, 2019, the Defendant paid KRW 900,000 in cash at the same place as indicated in paragraph (a) at around 15:28 on May 4, 2019, at the same time and at the same time, and purchased a penphone in a manner of finding out 3-4 cigarette containing approximately three gramphones.
