Punishment of the crime

The Defendant of “2020 Man-Ma214” is not a person handling narcotics with the nationality of Thailand, and thus is prohibited from importing Metephacopic psychotropic drugs (tentatively referred to as “philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) and ZBA containing philopon components (YABA).

1. On February 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) contacted with the name influenite (one name “B”) and the mobile phone “D” in the Thailand via international mail on February 9, 2020; (b) decided to import the chophone into the Republic of Korea through international mail; (c) the above name influenite was 68.04g and 7g of the chophone in the fluoral in the fluoral area below the Thailand; (d) entered the recipient as “D located in Ulsan-gun C; and (e) sent it to the Republic of Korea through international mail (F) around February 9, 2020 through G; and (d) returned the said mail to the Incheon Port located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Port on February 15, 2020 through G.

Accordingly, the defendant imported 68.04 gramphones and 7 gramphones into the Republic of Korea in collusion with the above-mentioned person.

2. On June 4, 2020, the Defendant, at the end of May 2020, contacted with the name Buddhist box (B), and the mobile phone “Ra,” the Defendant, via international mail, intended to import the penphone into the Republic of Korea in Thailand through international mail. The above name Buddhist person concealed 79.13g of the penphone in the remote area below the Thailand, concealed 79.13g of the penphone in the front place, and sent the place of receipt to the Republic of Korea through international mail (J) after entering the addressee as “I”, the Defendant’s dwelling address, and then, the said mail arrived at the Incheon State Port located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Port on June 4, 2020 through K.

Accordingly, the defendant imported 79.13 grams in collusion with the above-mentioned person.

A foreigner of 2020 Gohap249 shall be granted the status of sojourn and the period of sojourn.
